With the following data protection declaration, we inform you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of personal data, insofar as we decide either alone or jointly with others on the purposes and means of the processing. In addition, we inform you below about the third-party components we use for optimisation purposes and to increase the quality of use, insofar as third parties process data under their own responsibility.

Right of information, deletion, blocking
With regard to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right:
- confirmation as to whether data concerning them are being processed, information on the data processed, further information on the data processing and copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR);
- correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 of the GDPR);
- immediate erasure of the data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 of the GDPR), or, alternatively, insofar as further processing is necessary pursuant to Art. 17 (3) of the GDPR, restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 of the GDPR;
- to receive the data concerning them and provided by them and to transfer this data to other providers/controllers (cf. also Art. 20 DSGVO);to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they are of the opinion that the data concerning them is being processed by the provider in breach of data protection provisions (cf. also Art. 77 of the GDPR).
In addition, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing that takes place on the basis of Articles 16, 17 (1), 18 DSGVO. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.
Likewise, according to Art. 21 DSGVO, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them, insofar as the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permitted.
Information on data processing
Your data processed during the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations and no other information on individual processing procedures is provided below.
Server-Log-Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
SSL-Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
Chat-Function
TidioChat (Tidio Ltd.)
Our website optionally offers the use of TidioChat (a live chat software of Tidio Ltd. 220C Blythe Road, W14 0HH, London, United Kingdom). The chat is integrated into the source code via a script. By using this website, you automatically use the services of TidioChat. The data collected includes: Chat history, IP address at the time of the chat and country of origin. If you are logged in and the information exists, the following additional data is transmitted: Name / username, email address, origin (postcode, city, country of origin). Cookies may be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the site visitor’s Internet browser. The cookies enable the recognition of the internet browser. If the information collected in this way has a personal reference, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in effective customer service and the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation purposes.
To avoid the storage of TidioChat cookies, you can set your internet browser so that no more cookies can be stored on your computer in the future or so that cookies that have already been stored are deleted. However, switching off all cookies may mean that some functions on our Internet pages can no longer be carried out. You can object to the collection and storage of data for the purpose of creating a user profile at any time with effect for the future by sending us your objection informally by e-mail to the e-mail address given in the imprint.
